Have an approved sponsor
Employer must directly provide the occupational training
Employer must be an approved temporary activities sponsor
At least 18 years of age
You must be nominated for an approved occupation by the Australian organisation
You must have functional English (IELTS 4.5 or PTE 30)

Step 1: Your employer is approved to be a Temporary activity sponsor
Step 2: Your employer nominates you to undertake the training
Step 3: Complete the Visa Application Form via the online IMMI Account
Step 4: Purchase your Overseas Visitor Health Cover
Step 5: Purchase your AFP Police check
Step 6: Gather your documents (identity, CV, financial documents, etc)
Step 7: Include your family members (if applicable)
Step 8: Pay the Visa Application Fee
Step 9: Complete the Health examination and biometrics collection
